Email and Password Management

 All users have the ability to update their password and email at any time once logged in to their account. 

Use these directions if you are able to log in to your account, but wish to change your email address that is associated with JoinCareTeam or update a current password. 


HOW TO CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS

1. Access your account either through the My Account tab on the Vertical Toolbar on the left-hand-side or the drop-down menu from the Horizontal Toolbar

2. Directly under Change Email or Password, the email account currently connected to your account is shown

3. Replace the current email by deleting it and entering the new email address - do not change the password information if you wish to keep the current password the same

4. Click Save

5. Next, check your email for instructions to confirm the change - email comes from JoinCareTeam

6. Click Confirm - your email address is now changed

 

HOW TO UPDATE A CURRENT PASSWORD

1. Access your account either through the My Account tab on the Vertical Toolbar on the left-hand-side or the drop-down menu from the Horizontal Toolbar

2. Under Change Email or Password and your current email address, there is a section for the current password connected to your account

3. Ensure the correct password is typed under Current Password - password will be shown in dot format for security  

4. Update the current password by entering the new password and confirming the new password

5. Click Save

6. Your password is now updated
