Create a Patient Account

Institutional staff now have the ability to create patient accounts in JoinCareTeam. Institutional staff consists of the site Admin, Sub Admins, and Providers. Creating a patient account requires a minimal set of data: name, DOB, mobile phone number, and email. Invite Sub Admins to Register

The Admin must invite every Sub Admin into the portal before they are given access to start booking appointments. Invite Patients to Register

Inviting patients to JoinCareTeam will require the patient to register and create their own account. To create an account for the patient, use the Create Patient feature instead. Inviting a patient to JoinCareTeam will allow the patient to create their own account in order to engage in video consultations. A Quick Appointment is an on-demand appointment that either the Patient or Provider has requested. Activate Waiting Room

The waiting room is a great tool to consult on-demand patients. However, only the Provider and Patient have access to the Waiting Room capabilities. Reset Password for Other Users

Unlock Accounts
